Buyer's Guide
A limited number of unique Soulness Sanctuary Residences at rare beachfront and clifftop locations will be built by inspiration of the future owners and Soulness family members in the coming years. They lie amongst the spectacular private sunset bay of this magical island amidst the Soulness Sanctuary. Additionally, if you prefer to have the Island immediately available, there are opportunities to purchase existing resort residences and beach Bures, which are already fully operational and can be easily renovated, extended or re-built.
As a residence owner, you will not only indulge in the ultimate private island lifestyle but can also benefit from attractive rental yields. The Fiji Island’s Government offers attractive custom, duty and tax incentive programs and does not have property or acquisition taxes. Income sharing in the Residence Rental Program, enables you to earn a return on investment while possessing a sought after permanent Fiji Residence permit available to foreigners in the Fiji Islands.

Lot & Villa Purchase Agreements
In Fiji, only six percent of its landmass is Freehold, while majority is native owned. The property ownership will be on a freehold land purchase basis for foreigners, subject to Consent from the Ministry of Lands of the Fijian Government.
With Fiji Investment approval for your purchase, you are entitled to apply for permanent residency in Fijian paradise. After the purchase you receive the property title and solely own the land and villa as your property and at your private discretion. If you desire to re-sell your property, Soulness Retreats has a 90 days purchase right option. If Soulness decides not to purchase, you can offer and sell your property freely to the international real estate market, although we greatly encourage selling to friends and family. This will keep the retreat exclusive and truly communal over time.

And further to the East at the Yaroi Property, you will find our Soulness Retreats Marina with additional 14 Resort Marina Villas and 14 Soulness Private Estate Residences.

Unique and breathtaking structure, Natural Architecture Showcase. Will be the Orienting point, the gathering spot, the place to cleanse your aura and your mind before entering the rest of the island. Will include a lobby space, an art gallery, an indoor/outdoor juice bar
