The Soulness Sanctuary

on Qamea Island, Fiji

A safe place in paradise that lightly touches the Earth

Creating no footprint in Nature

Soulness Qamea

| Mission |

The mission of the Soulness Qamea is to create a truly holistic physical and metaphysical healing paradise. A space that expands your consciousness, heals your body, and awakens your mind and spirit to your Self.

Every detail will resonate with the ancient island itself - the architecture is a jungle dream, the fresh organic and local food is personally tailored to your body’s current needs of resonating nutrition, the beach is your private meditation space, the jungle is filled with secrets springs, pools, and saunas. Your Wellness journey becomes a truly ‘Soulness’ experience. It is unlike any retreat, any resort, any holistic center...

A place resonating at the highest level with nature itself, and the island is YOURS.

A Spiritual Sanctuary like no other, for a select few

who understand the utopian vision for this Paradise.

  • The Country of Fiji

Fiji is one of the most beautiful places on earth. To have the opportunity to purchase freehold land is rare. Over 95% of the Republic of Fiji belongs to it’s native people. When you buy freehold property in this pristine country, it becomes home. If you wish, you are entitled to apply for a Permanent Fiji Residency.

The Fiji Islands are an archipelago of 333 South Pacific tropical islands with year-round sunshine and gorgeous temperatures. White sandy beaches, coconut plantations, rainforests & mangroves form a dividing line between sparkling blue waters and a lush jungle interior. The Fijian Islands have an extraordinary abundance of plant and animal species, which has earned it a global reputation as a top-tier location for biodiversity.

  • The Northern Division of Fiji

On the Western side of Qamea, the neighboring island of Taveuni is known as the Flower Island, boasting some of the most unique waterfalls in the region. On the Eastern side of Qamea, lies Laucala. Laucala, also known as the Billionaire’s Island, is operated under the brand Como Laucala. It was previously the private estate, Forbes Island, of publishing tycoon Malcolm Forbes and is currently owned by the Red Bull founder family.

The pace is relaxed, but there is plenty to do on both land and water. Clear waters and rich marine life make for exhilarating diving and deep-sea fishing on one of the most fascinating reefs in the world. Water sports are plentiful - ranging from kayaking and catamaran sailing to wakeboarding and kite surfing, as well as world-class surfing breaks.

  • Your Island of Qamea

The pristine, untouched beauty of Qamea is unparalleled. The island hosts five native villages, full of ancient history and unique cultural heritage. These ancient and authentic practices and inspiration hold great importance to us at Qamea. Its lush tropical rainforests will host our spiritual gatherings, and its year round spring waters will cleanse you in more ways than one. Swim amongst the unique coral reefs right off the beach, and soak the sun on the pristine white beaches. Feel your spirit being protected and healed in this ancient paradise.

Existing Qamea Resort Transformation

No Shoes | No Clues | No News

The existing Qamea Resort began in the 1970’s as a temple for a Hippie Community and was later turned into an award-winning honeymoon beach resort. The site will be transformed into the Soulness Sanctuary by Soulness Retreats. It will be a unique Soul Healing Island accessible to likeminded members by invitation only. The retreat will have an integrated and radically sustainable Residence & Yachting Community - one which is always available to its members for either a few days of rejuvenation or to live out the rest of their lives. There are no streets therefore no cars on the island - so upon your arrival, the first act is to hand over your shoes in order to literally explore ‘barefooted’ our 100% sustainable ‘no footprint in nature’ Soulness philosophy...

A Found & Ancient Paradise

The existing Qamea Resort includes Beach Bungalows, a Restaurant, a Spa, and many other facilities.

The future Soulness Sanctuary will include a new Jetty, large Art Gallery & Entry Structure, 13 Private Residences on freehold residential lots as well as further Treetop Suites & Glamping Tents, Yoga & Tantra, Meditation & Wellness Center, Beachside Restaurant & Bar, Overwater Restaurant, a Crystal Wellness Trek including pools, saunas, Salt Crystal Caves, Ice Rooms, and custom holistic therapy treatments from the private rainforest and jungle through the pristine beaches...

100% Radical Sustainability

Intelligent Luxury & Organic Architecture

We will be a completely zero carbon, ultra sustainable and self-sufficient resort community Island, powered by 100% renewable energy production, such as a unique combination of geothermal and hydro-electric research options with state of the art floating solar systems backed by battery and green hydrogen generators.

A short electric water taxi transfer, or electric Helicopter ride, from Taveuni Airport, with direct connection from and to Nadi and Suva International Airport - reconnects you back to your ancient natural roots...
